FAQs

How do I book Modern Vibe?

Contact me through any source - social media DM’s or email. Please check your junk folder - I reply to emails same day!

Is a deposit required?

Yes. To secure your event date, we require $100 deposit with the remaining balance due 3 days before your event. Deposits are non-refundable, but we can apply your deposit towards a different date within a full calendar year.

What kind of space do I need to host a Modern Vibe event?

Our clubs can be set up indoors and outdoors on flat surfaces. Grass, concrete, and asphalt are fine. We cannot set up on gravel or dirt. Both clubs require a flat 20x20 ft surface with a 13 ft head clearance. An outdoor grounded outlet within 100 feet is required, otherwise a generator will need to be rented.

What is included in the rental?

We will do complete set up before your event. Set up usually takes around 60 minutes. The standard rental is for 4 hours, but more time can be scheduled for an additional cost. Both clubs come with professional sound and lighting systems and a fog machine. At the end of the rental period, we will return to pack everything up…as much as we hate ending parties, we hope you made unforgettable memories!

Can I rent a nightclub any time of the year?

Yes! We know the summers can get hot here in South Carolina so we recommend parties later in the evening as the sun is setting. We do have a fan in the club to circulate air.

What if I need to cancel?

The deposit is non-refundable but we will be happy to reschedule your event for another date within a full calendar year. Non-weather related cancellations need to be requested 7 days before the event date. In the case of inclement weather, same day cancellations may be requested by the customer or Modern Vibe. If full payment has been made, the balance will be refunded minus the deposit.

How far do you travel?

Currently, we offer our services in Greenville, Columbia, and surrounding areas. Locations more than 30 minutes away from our home base in each area will require a travel fee.

How much wood would a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood?

We don’t know. But we do know how to party.
